In this session, we are focusing on strengthening your ability to choose what you think about, focus on, and how you feel. Allow yourself to really feel it when I suggest it. Your feelings will help to anchor this pattern of thinking into your subconscious mind making it easier for you to connect to the feeling of happiness whenever you choose. Repeat this exercise daily for as long as required, until you notice you are effortlessly choosing to think about the things that make you feel good. It is good to re-enforce this pattern as well.
