I obtained my training as a “Master of Clinical Hypnotherapy” through “Cross Roads Training Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy” in 2008. Since that time I have been practicing full time, at first in a Wellness Clinic and then a few years later in my own practice on Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. As my practice grew and expanded globally thanks to my You Tube channel, the opportunity to work with clients all over the world via skype became quite popular and I was able to move my business to my home in October 2016. I now see local clients in my home office and work with clients all over the world via skype.
Hypnotherapy was a huge part of my healing and growth, that is what led me to want to be a Hypnotherapist. My whole life I have been drawn to alleviating the pain and suffering of others. Possibly due to my own pain I carried inside for so long and because I feel very connected to society as a whole.
As a hypnotherapist my biggest calling is to help alleviate suffering from our world. As we learn to let go of our pain and our fears we are able to be our true selves, and our true selves are beautiful loving beings. I do believe that in order for our world to be in a more peaceful state we must each look within ourselves first, look at what we are holding onto that is holding us back from our natural form… which is to be love, that same love that we came into this world as. All of our experiences help us to grow, to evolve and if we allow ourselves to learn from these experiences, life gets better and easier and we just naturally treat each other better.
I know what it is like to live with anxiety and depression. I know what it is like to constantly compare myself to others and always feel like I am not good enough. I know what it is like to live life from that place and it is hard… so hard…. But it does not have to be that way.
Thanks to hypnotherapy, I am on the other side of all of that, and I promise you life is better and easier on this side.
