


It's interesting how easily we accept our abilities to take on bad habits, but how challenged we are to believe in those same abilities to as easily take on good ones.
Our subconscious mind is incredible, it stores everything that we have learned throughout our lives, every perceived memory and experience, making things that we do repetitively, like walking, writing or driving effortless.
But, our subconscious mind does not however judge or stop to determine if what we are doing is good for us or not...that is the job of our conscious mind, as far as our subconscious mind is concerned if it got past the conscious mind it must be ok...and it then continues to do what it has been taught. Think of your conscious mind as the ruler of your subconscious.
In hypnosis we set aside our conscious mind so that we can access our subconscious and re-create habits or automatic thoughts that serve us in a healthier more balanced way. We are also able to let go of those thoughts of fear or negativity that may be inhibiting us from moving forward in our lives.You could say that hypnotherapy assists you in creating your habits, an opportunity to learn how to choose your thoughts and habitual actions.
Every action we take begins with a thought… doesn’t it make sense to start with changing your thoughts if you truly want to
